As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting as we continue to grow. You’ll own critical components of the close process, assist in system implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline accounting processes. This position is hybrid based out of our Barcelona office located near la Barceloneta.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred) - 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or startup experience a plus) - Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures - Hands-on experience with NetSuite - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience documenting processes and supporting system implementations - Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments (Preferred) - Exposure to audit support or regulated industries (Preferred) - Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working onsite with leadership (Preferred)
