The Manager, Retail Sales reports to the Director, Retail Development and focuses on discovering and advancing opportunities for Hasbro brands across product categories like Toys, Apparel, and more. In addition to being the Hasbro brand ambassador to the retailer, this role involves working closely with internal teams such as Category, Franchise Strategy, Product Development, and Retail Marketing. The Manager will also engage licensee partners to support and improve product placement at each account. Additionally, you will collaborate with Category and Creative teams to develop, pitch, award, and launch merchandise programs that increase product placement and achieve yearly revenue targets.
This position is located at our Hasbro office in Los Angeles, CA. It follows a Hybrid model, requiring at least three full days per week to be onsite

Bachelor’s degree required. 4+ years of National Account CPG sales experience, ideally in Fashion, Home, and Toy business. Deep knowledge of retail business including promotional partnerships. Experience in licensing a plus. Ability to collaborate and communicate consistently and effectively. Extensive background in fashion items, accessories, footwear, and home categories. Toy experience is desired. Ability to engage with retail buyers on a consistent basis. Demonstrates ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Highly adaptable and resourceful; proactive versus reactive. Willing to travel as needed.
