NCSOFT America is seeking an Executive Interpreter to support clear, accurate, and confidential communication between Korean- and English-speaking stakeholders. This role will primarily focus on real-time interpretation in executive meetings and business-critical discussions, while also supporting translation and light project coordination needs across the organization as needed.
Position Overview
The executive interpreter will participate directly in executive meetings and business-critical discussions to provide real-time Korean-English interpretation, ensuring that tone, intent, context, and nuance are accurately conveyed. This role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to support confidential internal discussions that inform business decisions. The primary focus of the position is to enable clear, effective, and immediate communication during live executive and cross-functional meetings, rather than serving as a primarily written translation role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced gaming environment, understanding gaming terminology and business context, and bring experience supporting executive-level interpretation.

- Fluency in Korean and English with strong verbal, listening, and comprehension skills. - Proven experience providing live interpretation in business, executive, or cross-functional meetings. - Ability to provide simultaneous or near-simultaneous interpretation with accuracy and composure. - Strong business acumen and understanding of how discussions connect to broader business objectives. - Ability to interpret sensitive and confidential conversations while maintaining discretion. - Strong written translation skills with attention to accuracy and context. - Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including product, development, publishing, and live operations. - Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
