The Junior Projects & Strategy Analyst will work closely with the company's leadership team, supporting the organization, monitoring, and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects. This role is essential to ensuring cross-functional alignment, performance tracking, and effective communication with key company leaders and strategic partners.

Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Fluency in English and Portuguese (written & spoken); Previous experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, or related fields; Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and synthesis skills; Familiarity with financial concepts and performance metrics (KPIs); Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels and facilitate decision-making processes; Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex and fast-paced environments; Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo.
