You will play a visible and trusted role in shaping the studio experience, keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism, personality and energy of Side.
As a Front of House Executive, you will provide a professional, warm, and friendly welcome to all talent, visitors, clients and staff. You are required to deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact at our studios. You will also provide support to other functions across the business, while ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house service is delivered at all times.

Deliver excellent customer service; issue ID passes and manage access control; build positive working relationships; complete required paperwork; manage diaries and documentation; handle reception email traffic; manage lockers and keys; maintain reception area cleanliness; order supplies; review and improve systems; support and coach Audio and Production Runner; act as first point of contact for facility complaints; complete daily/weekly/monthly premises checks; report damage; liaise with third-party suppliers; report security issues; comply with health and safety; offer operational support to other departments; support event setup.
