We're looking for a Localization Program Manager to own the operational core of our localization program — vendor coordination, content workflows, quality processes, and launch execution across 29 languages. You'll join a lean team of senior professionals who operate as strategic partners to Product and Engineering and focus on bringing global users a native experience. Strong performers can take on increasing scope over time.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - 5+ years of localization project/program management experience- Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies- Experience with enterprise localization tools, translation management platforms (Smartling, memoQ, Phrase or similar)- Experience developing and maintaining linguistic assets and workflows- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication- Native speaker of one additional language- Ability to visualize data, connect the dots, and turn localization insights into decisions that drive business and tooling outcomes- Experience designing and implementing scalable localization processes and technical automation
